1-2 times a week I will do GRIT CLASS.
This class is best to take in your follicular phase of cycle. I do not recommend long bouts of cardio. I do recommend walking for activity several times a week. Engaging in a non sedentary lifestyle!

Low Carb Pumpkin Protein Waffles!πŸ˜πŸ˜‹ Wanna really knock the taste buds out of your mouth!πŸ‘… If you're a pumpkin lover you have to try this recipe out!

Recipe:
In a large bowl mix the following:
2-3 eggs
2 tbsp melted butter/coconut oil
2 tbsp Coconut cream or heavy whipping cream
ΒΌ cup canned pumpkin
1 scoop #shakeology vanilla. Or low carb vanilla protein powder
1-2 tbsp coconut flour
1.5 tsp pumpkin spice
1.5 tbsp monk fruit (or pure maple syrup)
3 drops liquid Stevia opt

Top with peanut butter, more cream and πŸ‘

Shakeology available through me😊 just restarted drinking it.
